Are sound baths safe for everyone?

Sound baths are deeply relaxing, but may not be suitable for everyone. What shall I bring?

Wear comfortable clothing for sound bath sessions. You may wish to bring a pillow, blanket, or eye mask for extra comfort, although essentials including pillows and blankets are available. Breathable gymwear for yin yoga is recommended; mats and bolsters are supplied.

Health considerations for sound baths

It’s completely normal for emotions to surface during or after a sound bath. This is part of the body releasing tension, and you are fully supported in that experience. Body temperature may drop during a sound bath; it's recommended to bring an additional warm item of clothing.
