Alori Yoga and Backstage Calm invite you and your child (ages 5-11) to a gentle, playful session combining yoga, mindfulness, and creative activity on Saturday 13th June at 4-5pm.

Together, you’ll explore simple yoga movements, fun games, and easy breathing exercises designed to support both body and mind - while creating a relaxed space to connect with each other.

The session finishes with a calming moment of rest, followed by a creative activity for you to enjoy together.

This is a welcoming, pressure-free environment where children can move, express themselves, and feel at ease.
