Join us for a deeply nurturing full moon sound bath, honouring the Strawberry Moon, on Friday 26th June at 8.30-9.30pm. This is a time associated with sweetness, abundance, and gentle reflection.

This phase invites you to pause and recognise all that you’ve grown, to soften into gratitude, and to open yourself to receiving what’s next.

Settle in, get comfortable, and allow yourself to fully relax as you’re immersed in the calming sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments. These soothing vibrations help to quiet the mind, release emotional tension, and guide the body into a state of rest and balance.

This is your space to let go of what feels heavy, reflect on what is coming into bloom, and reconnect with a sense of ease and flow.

The June full moon brings an energy of sweetness, abundance, and quiet reflection - an invitation to honour your journey and open to what lies ahead. Join me for a deeply restorative sound bath, guided by soothing sounds and calming frequencies. ✨🍓🌸

Arrive ready to slow down and unwind. Please bring a blanket, pillow, or anything that helps you feel comfortable, and allow yourself to fully receive.

At Backstage Calm, we prioritise the well-being and safety of our clients above all else. While sound baths offer numerous benefits for relaxation, stress reduction, and overall wellness, it's important to note that they may not be suitable for everyone. We believe in providing transparent information to ensure that individuals can make informed decisions about their participation in our sessions.

Contraindications include:

Hearing Impairment: Individuals with severe hearing impairments or conditions affecting their ability to perceive sound may not benefit fully from sound bath experiences.

Epilepsy: Sound baths often involve rhythmic and repetitive sounds that may trigger seizures in individuals with epilepsy or a history of seizures.

Pregnancy: Pregnant individuals should exercise caution, as certain frequencies or vibrations could potentially affect them or the developing fetus. It's advisable to consult with a healthcare professional before participating in a sound bath during pregnancy.

Mental Health Conditions: Individuals with certain mental health conditions, particularly those sensitive to sensory stimuli or prone to heightened anxiety or panic attacks, should approach sound baths with caution or seek guidance from a healthcare provider.

Implanted Medical Devices: Those with implanted medical devices such as pacemakers or cochlear implants should consult with their healthcare provider to determine whether exposure to sound frequencies could interfere with the functioning of these devices.

Recent Surgeries or Injuries: People recovering from recent surgeries or injuries, especially those involving the head, neck, or ears, should avoid sound baths until they have fully healed to prevent exacerbating discomfort or complications.

It's essential for individuals to assess their own health status and consult with a qualified healthcare professional if they have any concerns or pre-existing medical conditions before participating in a sound bath. Your safety and well-being are our top priorities, and we're here to support you on your journey towards holistic wellness.
