This twice weekly class provides 60 minutes of slow, deep stretches, combined with gentle mindful movement, breathwork, music, and meditation. Suitable for all levels, Yin Yoga helps you slow down and reconnect with your body in a calm, supportive space. Ideal for deep tissue stretching, joint improvement, nervous system regulation, and easing both physical and mental tension, you don’t need previous experience - all ability levels are welcome.

At Backstage Calm, you’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace, with no pressure or expectation.

Yin Yoga derives its practice from traditional Chinese philosophy. In our beautiful studio space in small class sizes (maximum of 10), there's no harsh instruction, no judgement - just a soft return to yourself.
